Then replace the current text with:
50% deposit
A 50% deposit is required within seven (7) calendar days of receiving your invoice to confirm your booking.
The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. In case of cancellation more than 30 days before your check-in date, the deposit may be applied toward a future booking within 12 months, subject to availability.
SIARGAO RESERVATIONS
Please use La Union Form below if you are booking Villa San Juan or Ili Norte
CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY
If you do not arrive on the scheduled check-in date, your booking will be automatically cancelled and the deposit will be forfeited.
If your flight is cancelled but you plan to arrive the following day, please inform us as soon as possible. We will do our best to keep your reservation, but the originally booked nights remain chargeable.
WEATHER & FLIGHT CANCELLATIONS
For bookings during the monsoon season, cancellations caused by flight disruptions due to weather are non-refundable.
However, we may offer the option to rebook your stay within 12 months, subject to availability and applicable conditions.

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to keep the booking process clear and fair.
30+ DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL
Cancellations made 30 days or more before your arrival date are eligible for a full refund of the deposit paid.
LESS THAN 30 DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL
Cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival are non-refundable. The deposit will be forfeited.
